A filter could not be created for the specified MAC/VLANID pair. The ISIS interface with the specified VLAN ID will be unable to receive ISIS PDUs destined to the specified MAC as a result.
This could indicate that the system is low on resources or that it is too busy to perform the filter bind operation. Delete the interface from ISIS and re-add it. If the problem persists, capture "show tech" output and contact customer support.
