This message displays the contents of a transmitted or received MKPDU's Live Peer Parameter Set Each MKA PDUs (MKPDU) contains a sequence of "parameter sets": Basic, Live Peer List, Potential Peer List, SAK Use, Distributed SAK. The Live Peer Parameter Set is present if the listed peer has included the sender's MI and MN in a recent MKPDU.
