This is a debug message which indicates that an MLAG index is being added to an ISC receiver. This will happen when an MLAG port goes DOWN and groups from such a port are leaked on to the corresponding ISC port. To indicate that the ISC receiver has groups leaked from MLAG port, the MLAG index will be added to the receiver.
This is an informational message and no remedy is required.
