Detected Hardware Version Unsupported for Firmware Update: EXOS, either automatically or manually will check the current system if its running on updated firmware. If for some reason it is unable to do so, we need to log that the firmware check itself failed. This can only happen if new hardware (IOM/XFM ...etc) is being tested and EXOS is unable to identify the hardware.
As new hardware has been introduced, its details, such as 800K number, card-type ... etc will need to be added to the "firmware check" table so EXOS will detect it properly in future scans. Please consult the relevent EXOS-firmware engineer to make the needed changes. If this event is seen in-field, it means that the client is running OUTDATED exos and is HIGHLY recommened to upgrade the system.
