Add Custom Event to Schedule

Use this procedure to create and schedule a custom event from the Schedule page.
  1. From the navigation menu, select Schedule.
  2. Select the date on which you want to schedule the event, either by using the date picker in the top left of the content window, or by selecting the date from the calendar.
  3. Select Create Custom Event.
  4. Complete the fields in the Create Event window:
    1. For Event Title, enter a name for the event.
    2. For Venue, select the event venue from the drop-down list. The Venue Timezone is calculated automatically, based on the venue you selected.
    3. Under Event Start Time, select the calendar date for the event and the event start time using 24-hour time and then select Done.
    4. For Duration Format, select the time measurement format for event duration (the options are Minutes, Hours, and Days).
    5. In the additional Duration field that displays, select the actual event duration using your selected measurement format.
    6. Select Create.

Custom events can be created from either the Custom Events or Schedule pages. A sync keeps the list of custom events updated on both pages.
