Onboard Cluster to Extreme Platform ONE Networking

Use this procedure to onboard a standalone cluster to Extreme Platform ONE Networking.
  1. Log in to Extreme Platform ONE Networking.
  2. Go to Monitoring > Network Devices.
  3. Select Add Devices and then select Manually.
  4. In the Manually Add Devices window, do the following:
    1. Select Cloud Managed.
    2. For Device Type, select Universal Compute Platform.
    3. For Serial No., enter the serial number of the appliance.

      • To obtain the serial number of the appliance, go to Administration > System > System Information and then select the Manufacturing Information tab. The serial number is in the Manufacturing ID (Serial Number) field.
      • If you want to onboard more than one appliance, select (+) to add more rows where you can enter additional serial numbers. You can add up to ten appliances.
    4. Optional. Select a Location.
    5. Select Add Devices.
