A MIB request was received for the bgpPeerTable where the bgpPeerFlapStatsClearMap field was set but the bgpPeerFlapStatsClearStat field was not set. Flap statistics will not be cleared by this MIB request.
To clear flap statistics for routes matching a Route Map, the user must set bgpPeerFlapStatsClearMap to indicate the Route Map, and must also set bgpPeerFlapStatsClearStat to indicate that Protocol should clear flap statistics.
