The stream coming from non upcoming interface is discarded by adding a drop entry on in the FDB. This is done to stop unwanted traffic from coming to CPU. In this case it is found that such an entry already exists corresponding to the cache miss received. %ip2% is the source address in cache. It will be shown as 0.0.0.0 for (*,g) and (*,*,rp) entries.
Informational message only, for debug purpose.
