Due to the specified reason, the pseudo-wire indentified by the given index could not be updated in an internal table.
Disabling and enabling the L2VPN or CES container for the pseudo-wire may fix the problem. To enable/disable an L2VPN, use the "enable/disable l2vpn" command. To enable/disable a CES, use the "enable/disable ces" command. If the problem continues, disabling and enabling MPLS will cause this internal table to be reset. To enable/disable MPLS, use the "enable/disable mpls" command.
