This event occurs when DHCPv6 response without a client identifier is received.
Make sure CLIENT Identifier is configured correctly at the client end otherwise configure it using the CLI command "configure dhcp ipv6 client identifier-type [ link-layer {plus-time} | vendor-specific]"
