VSM failed to bind a socket to a well-known port. When a socket bind fails, VSM will not be able to receive health-check and checkpointing messsages from the peer and will result in incorrect operation of the MLAG feature.
On dual-MSM systems try failing over to the backup MSM. Stackables or single MSM systems may require a reboot to correct the problem. If the issue persists, please escalate to engineering.
