disable edp ports [ports | all]

Description

Disables the EDP (Extreme Discovery Protocol) on one or more ports.

`ports`	Specifies one or more ports or slots and ports.
all	Specifies all ports on the switch.

Enabled.

You can use the disable edp ports command to disable EDP on one or more ports when you no longer need to locate neighbor Extreme Networks switches.

The following command disables EDP on ports 2 and 4 on a switch:

disable edp ports 2,4

This command was first available in ExtremeXOS 10.1.

This command is available on the Summit X450-G2, X460-G2, X670-G2, X770, and ExtremeSwitching X870, X440-G2, X620 series switches.
