CoS Port Resource

The TXQ, IRL and Flood Control port resource tables in CoS (Class of Service) are configured using the QoS profile, ingress meter and rate-limit flood resource commands in the CLI. These port resources are mapped to CoS when the resources in the CLI are configured using a port group.
