The various configuration parameters are:

Field Description
TLV Type Size: 7 bits. Describes the Type of this TLV. This value is always 127 as this is a custom TLV.
TLV Information String Length Size: 9 bits. This field indicates the size of the TLV information being passed. For this TLV this value is twenty five (25).
802.1 OUI Size: 3 octets. The Organizationally Unique Identifier (OUI) assigned to the organization. This value is always 00-80-C2 for this TLV.
802.1 Subtype Size: 1 octet. This is an internally defined subtype. Its value is always ten (10). This is assigned and managed by the organization.
Willing Size: 1 bit. This bit, when set to 1, indicates that the station is willing to accept configuration from the remote station. Its value is always Zero (0) to indicate that the station is not willing to accept configuration from the remote station.
CBS Size 1 bit. The Credit Based Shaper (CBS) bit. When set to 1, indicates that the station supports CBS transmission algorithm. Its value is always Zero (0) to indicate the CBS is not supported.
Reserved Size: 3 bits. Reserved for future use and is not used.
Max TCs Size 3 bit unsigned integer. Indicates the maximum number of supported Traffic Classes. Its value is always Zero (0) to indicate that the station supports eight (8) traffic classes.
Priority Assignment Table Size: 4 octets. Indicates the mapping of priority with the corresponding traffic class.
Traffic Class Bandwidth Table Size: 8 octets. This table consists of one eight (8) bit entry per traffic class. This table always contains eight (8) entries where each entry indicates the current allocated bandwidth for the traffic class. Ensure that the sum of allocated bandwidths is always 100.
TSA Assignment Table Size: 8 octets. This table one eight (8) bit entry per traffic class. Each entry indicates the Transmission Selection Algorithm to be used for the traffic class. This value is always two (0) for each octet and indicates Enhanced Transmission Selection.
