You can use the following command to create a small data center (non-Clos) fabric containing border-leaf devices, which can be used for centralized routing.
Tip
If any device in a fabric is in "admin-down" state, the following commands in the same fabric will not add or delete devices: efa fabric device add-bulk and efa fabric device remove.efa fabric create --name <fabric-name> --type non-clos
efa fabric device add-bulk --name <fabric-name>
--rack <leaf-rack-name> --ip <leaf-ip-pair>
--border-leaf-rack <bl-rack-name> --border-leaf-ip <bl-ip-pair>
efa fabric configure --name <fabric-name>
