Flood Mode Standard

The remote endpoints dynamically learned using OSPF VXLAN extensions. Alternately, remote endpoints can be statically configured and attached to a virtual network using the CLI.
The tenant BUM traffic is head-end replicated to each of the configured/learned remote endpoints on that virtual network.
