The Geo Diagnostics tab is visible only when Floor Plans is configured with a sufficient number of eligible AFC anchor and non-anchor APs to perform FTM AP-to-AP ranging and construct subgraphs. See Supported APs for AFC in Canada and the United States for a list of eligible APs.
Information displayed under the Geo Diagnostics tab assists installers with assessing the Geo-Location Agent operation. This information allows installers to determine whether there are enough anchor APs and non-anchor APs configured and there is sufficient AP density to ensure that the Geo-Location Agent can derive coordinates for all APs.
Following is a description of the information displayed under each column heading in the Geo Diagnostics site floor plan list for AFC:
Floor — The unique Floor Name assigned during floor plan configuration.
Last Location Update — The last date and time the Geo-Location Agent data was updated for this floor.
APs — Number of APs that are assigned to the floor plan.
Anchor APs — Number of APs with integral GPS module that are assigned to the floor plan.
FTM Ranging APs — Number of APs associated with the floor plan that were detected during FTM AP-to-AP ranging.
Subgraph Complete — Number of compete subgraphs associated with the floor plan. A complete subgraph indicates that all APs have been assigned geo coordinates by the Geo-Location Agent.
Subgraph Incomplete — Number of incomplete subgraphs associated with the floor plan. An incomplete subgraph indicates that not all APs have been been able to derive geo coordinates from the Geo-Location Agent.
