Manage the DHCPv6 Guard Policy

About this task

Configure or modify the DHCPv6 Guard policy.

Procedure

  1. Enter Global Configuration mode:

    enable

    configure terminal

  2. Create a DHCPv6 Guard policy:

    ipv6 dhcp-guard policy WORD<1-64>

  3. Delete a DHCPv6 Guard policy:

    no ipv6 dhcp-guard policy WORD<1-64>

    Note

    Note

    You cannot delete a policy that is already attached to a port.
