IoT Profiles

IoT (Internet of Things) is defined as a network of interconnected smart devices. Smart devices are embedded with software, sensors, and network connectivity that allows them to collect and share data. IoT enables these smart devices to communicate with each other and with other internet-enabled devices, like smartphones and gateways, creating a vast network of interconnected devices that can exchange data and perform a variety of tasks autonomously.

ExtremeCloud IQ uses IoT profiles to support IoT applications.

To manage IoT profiles, go to Configure > Common Objects > Policy > IoT Profiles.
