ExtremeLocation Essentials can integrate with Extreme AirDefense® Essentials to locate rogue devices on an ExtremeLocation Essentials floor map.
A rogue AP is defined as an unsanctioned Basic Service Set (BSS) that is attached to your sanctioned wired infrastructure. The Rogue AP alarms and associated Rogue Client alarms are listed in the Extreme AirDefense Essentials Alarms table. From there you can easily locate the devices on the ExtremeLocation Essentials floor map. Use these two Essential applications together to detect and locate possible threats.
