Change a User Password (Administrators only)

Users with Admin privileges can use this procedure to change a Tunnel Concentrator login password on behalf of any user for whom their privileges provide access.

If you do not have Admin privileges and want to change your own user password, see Change Your User Password.
  1. Log in to Tunnel Concentrator.
  2. Go to Administration > Accounts.
  3. Select the user whose password you want to update. You can select yourself or any other user.
  4. Select the (Update Password) icon.
  5. Enter the new password.
  6. Re-enter the new password.
  7. Select Save.
