The Device Inventory displays a list of Access Points, Switches, or Clients currently being monitored on a heat map. The
Access Points and
Switches inventory lists provide the following details about each device:
- Hostname: The name assigned to the device.
- Status: The current operational state of the device.
- IP Address: The unique network address assigned to the device.
- Show/Hide: An option to toggle the visibility of the device on the heat map, allowing for a more customized and focused view of your network's real-time status.
The
Clients inventory list provides the following details about each device:
- Hostname: The name assigned to the device.
- MAC Address: The unique identifier assigned to the device.
- IP Address: The unique network address assigned to the device.
- Type: Filter by different client types.
Use this task to toggle the visibility of Access Points and Switches and filter Client types on a selected heat map.

- Select a floor from the location list.

The selected floor must include a floor map. For more information, see
Add a Floor Plan.

You can use the
Search field to find a specific device if your device list is long.

- To hide an Access Point or Switch, select the corresponding
icon. - To show a hidden Access Point or Switch, select the corresponding

and activate a filter option.
