Configure an Availability Schedule

Create an availability schedule for network SSIDs to determine when they are available for access and for user profiles to make them available for specific dates, days, and times.

  1. Go to Configure > Common Objects > Policy > User Profiles and either create a new user profile, or select an existing profile to edit.
  2. On the Availability Schedule tab, turn on Availability Schedule.
  3. Select Add.
  4. Enter a Name for the schedule.
  5. Enter an optional Description.
  6. Select One Time to apply this schedule one time only.
  7. Select the active time period for the schedule.
  8. Select Recurring if you want this schedule to apply on an ongoing basis.
  9. Choose every day or specific days of the week, and time ranges during this time period.
  10. Select Save User Profile.

    To apply your SSID availability schedule to a wireless network, you must activate it in the Additional Settings section of the Standard Wireless Networks configuration page. See Configure Enterprise SSID Authentication.
