ELRP with Dynamic VLANs

Starting with ExtremeXOS 22.2, ELRP supports dynamically created VLANs created by:

NetLogin
Extreme Network Virtualization (XNV)
Multiple Registration Protocol (MVRP)

For ELRP over dynamic VLANs, the ingress port on which the ELRP packet is received back is disabled for 30 seconds after which it is again enabled and ELRP packets are sent out on the port again. If again a loop is detected, the cycle repeats.
