Syntax

revision number

no revision

The default is 0.

number: Specifies the revision or version number of the MSTP region. Valid values range from 0 through 255.

Spanning tree MSTP configuration mode

The no form of the command resets the default value of 0.

This example assigns a configuration revision of 1.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# protocol spanning-tree mstp 
device(conf-mstp)# revision 1
