Open a Client Montior window.
About this task
Use this task to troubleshoot issues listed on the Client Monitor
screen.
Procedure

Select an issue and
Troubleshoot Selected.

Enter the following information:
- Selected Client: Contains your selected client
name.
- Troubleshooting Duration: Select a
troubleshooting length of time.
- Access Points: Select the APs to
troubleshoot.

Filter the list to show APs by location, model, connection status.
- Location: Troubleshoot APs by location.
- Model: Filter APs by model using the drop-down,
or choose All.
- Status: Filter APs by their connection status or
select All.

Select Start.
