A 3-way handshake TLV in a point-to-point Hello PDU did not contain the correct neighbor (this router's) system ID.
This could result from a network misconfiguration or an invalid point-to-point topology. Check the network configuration to ensure that no more than two ISIS routers are active on the connecting VLAN. No more than two ISIS routers may operate in a point-to-point adjacency.
