An attempt to create an FDB entry for a MAC failed due to the specified reason.
OVSDB received a notification about a unicast or multicast remote MAC entry, but could not create the corresponding FDB entry. Depending on the MAC address and type, traffic may get dropped, flooded, sent to service nodes as BUM traffic, or not sent to service nodes for BUM treatment. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
