While attempting to delete a Physical Switch entry from the Global table, an existing entry was not found, and thus could not be deleted.
A software error in the past may have prevented the Physical Switch entry from being created in the first place. If the Physical Switch entry was never created in the first place, but is now being deleted, there's unlikely to be any residual problem since the end result is that the Physical Switch entry should not exist. There may also be additional events related to the Physical Switch entry not being created in the first place. It's also possible that the system incorrectly attempted to delete the same entry twice. This again shouldn't result in any residual problem since in the end, the entry does not exist.
