For some IDL rows, internal supplemental data is maintained. During normal operation, if this internal data does not exist, this event will be raised to indicate that an error has occurred.
At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements and re-create all internal data.
