OVSDB attempted to query all RTEPs in the system, but the request failed due to the specified reason.
The error message appended to the event text may contain more information about why the RTEPs were being queried. For instance, the query may have been so that all the OVSDB-created RTEPs could be deleted. In this case, a query failure could result in RTEPs not being deleted. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
