An attempt to update a VLAN failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, a VLAN could be configured incorrectly and thus not function properly. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
