OVSDB sent a request to the FDB Manager component to update an RTEP, but the request failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, an RTEP could be configured incorrectly and thus not function properly. This failure could incorrectly allow FDB learning or block traffic coming from service nodes. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
