While attempting to add a new Tunnel entry to the Physical Switch table, an existing entry was found and will be used instead of creating a new one.
A software error in the past may have prevented the Tunnel entry from being removed. Re-using entries that were not successfully removed shouldn't cause any problems, but if a problem is found to exist, this may be an area of interest. There may also be additional events related to the Tunnel entry not being removed in the first place.
