An attempt to re-enable a BFD session failed due to the specified reason. The BFD session had been previously disabled in order to make changes.
As part of updating a BFD session, the session was disabled, since some parameters cannot be changed while the session is operational. After updating the session, it could not be re-enabled and will stay non-operational. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
