An attempt to delete a VLAN and VNet needed for a Logical Switch failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, a VLAN and VNet may not have been deleted as desired. This could result in resources, such as VLAN tags, tag/port combinations, or VNIs, remaining in-use, but not tracked by OVSDB. This error could also occur if the VLAN and VNet were never created, in which case it probably can be ignored. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
