A hello packet was received that indicates this router and the transmitting neighbor differ in their support for IPv6.
When adjacency checking for IPv6 is enabled, this check occurs before verifying the adjacency link local subnet. If this is undesirable, disable adjacency checking. Otherwise, ensure that the interfaces on either side of the adjacency are enabled for IPv6.
