An attempt to change the description of a VLAN failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, a VLAN may be displaying the wrong description. There shouldn't be an major problems resulting from this error. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
