OVSDB sent a request to the OTM (Overlay Tunnel Manager) component to delete an RTEP, but the request failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, an RTEP may not have been deleted as desired. This may not cause any problems, but if a problem is found to exist, this may be an area of interest. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
