An attempt to create a VLAN and VNet needed for a Logical Switch failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, the VLAN and VNet for a Logical Switch could not be created and the Logical Switch will not function. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
