While attempting to add a new Physical Port entry to the Physical Switch table, an existing entry was found and will be used instead of creating a new one.
A software error in the past may have prevented the Physical Port entry from being removed. Re-using entries that were not successfully removed shouldn't cause any problems, but if a problem is found to exist, this may be an area of interest. There may also be additional events related to the Physical Port entry not being removed in the first place.
