An attempt to delete a VNet failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, a VNet may not have been deleted as desired. This could result in resources, such as VNIs, remaining in-use, but not tracked by OVSDB. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
