An attempt to change the VNI of a VNet failed due to the specified reason.
As a result of this failure, a VNet may be using the wrong VNI. This could result in traffic errors and a subsequent VNet failing to be able to use this VNI. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements.
