This event indicates that the OVSDB database cannot be started due to the current state. It's possible that a previous attempt to stop or start the database failed. If this is the case, running "disable ovsdb schema <schema>" and "enable ovsdb schema <schema>" may clear any previous failures and allow the database to be started. If this problem continues, please contact Extreme technical support and provide the output generated by the "show tech-support" command.
