Delay after last distributing SAK, before the Key Server will distribute a fresh SAK following a change in the live peer list while the Potential Peer List is still not empty. If a new SAK is received in less than MKA Life Time (6 seconds) the new SAK will be discarded.
This is a rare condition most likely caused by the remote Key Server. Contact technical support with output from "show tech" if the problem persists.
