MAC and Physical Locator Set entries use Physical Locators and are tracked by user. This event is raised when a Physical Locator has been deleted in the IDL, but the use count indicates that at least one user is still referencing the deleted entry.
Since the Physical Locator has been deleted, there may not be an actual problem; however, if there does seem to be a problem, this may be an area of interest. At the discretion of Extreme technical support, "debug ovsdb resync" could be used to cause a full resync of OVSDB-created HSC elements and re-create all internal data.
