When creating new database entries, temporary UUIDs are used to reference newly created entries within the transaction. Once the changes have been committed to the database, these temporary UUIDs are replaced with permanent UUIDs. This event is raised when the permanent UUID for an entry has already been stored in the internal data for that entry.
