Configure the SSH Authentication Timeout

Configure the timeout for SSH connection authentication.

Procedure

  1. Enter Global Configuration mode:

    enable

    configure terminal

  2. Configure the authentication timeout:

    ssh timeout <1-120>

Variable Definitions

The following table defines parameters for the ssh timeout command.

Variable Value
<1-120>

Specifies the SSH connection authentication timeout in seconds. Default is 60 seconds.
