Configure a Secondary IP Interface for a VLAN
Assign a secondary IP address to a VLAN to increase the number of connected hosts the VLAN can support.
Before you begin
You must configure a primary IP address before you can add a Secondary IP Interface.
Procedure
- In the navigation pane, expand .
- Select VLANs.
- On the Basic tab, select the VLAN to configure.
- Select IP.
- On the Secondary IP Addresses tab, select Insert.
- Type the IP address.
- Type the subnet mask.
- Select Insert.

Use the data in the following table to use the Secondary IP Addresses tab.
