Command Parameters

802dot3af

Sets PD detection mode in 802.3af.

802dot3af_and_legacy

Sets PD detection mode in 802.3af and legacy.

802dot3at

Sets PD detection mode in 802.3at.

802dot3at_and_legacy

Sets PD detection mode in 802.3at and legacy.

802dot3bt_type3

Sets PD detection mode in 802.3bt Type 3 (60W).

802dot3bt_type4

Sets PD detection mode in 802.3bt Type 4 (90W).

Default

The default detection type is automatically configured for the highest PoE standard supported on the switch.

The 802dot3bt_type3 and 802dot3bt_type4 parameters apply only to VSP4900-12MXU-12XE.
